The crash scene Thursday afternoon in Corona. (Caltrans TV) CORONA, CA — A SigAlert was in effect Thursday afternoon on southbound Interstate 15 at Cajalco Road in Corona due to a fatal crash, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported at 12:41 p.m. at Cajalco Road. The SigAlert was issued just after 1 p.m. for the Cajalco Road offramp, which was completely closed. At least one person died at the scene, and the coroner was expected to arrive at the crash site before 2 p.m.
