A motorist driving eastbound on the westbound Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona Monday morning caused a fiery head-on crash that killed at least one person. The crash was reported at 12:10 a.m. on the westbound Riverside Freeway west of Lincoln Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol. Both vehicles caught fire, witnesses told the CHP. Efforts by civilians to put out the flames were not successful. News video from the scene showed two burned cars. A SigAlert was issued at 12:45 a.m.
