The Vacaville High football team fell to 2-2 on the season as its homecoming was ruined with a 35-14 loss to Granite Bay. The Bulldogs fell behind 27-7 in the first quarter and could not pull themselves out of the huge hole. Granite Bay was able to hold Bulldog quarterback Brody Fortunati to just 58 yards passing. He also threw one interception. Morgan De lago rushed for 84 yards, while Christian Diosdado added another 67 yards on the ground. Both of them had rushing touchdowns. Vacaville had problems holding on to the ball during the night, as the Bulldogs lost three fumbles on offense.
